"AI Robs Your Chance to Become Rich"
For the public writing piece, I followed the daily newspaper platform, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), and wrote OpEd as a guest writer. WSJ’s reputation is known for publishing in the business and finance field. Focusing on the subject important to the public. I emphasized the negative impacts of AI bias regarding personal finance and job opportunities from the minorities’ perspective. Unequal access to opportunities creates wealth disparity, and there is a need for change. I strived to show initiative and translated complex concepts into accessible information by formatting quantifiable insights and features in simpler terms. In addition, the use of hyperlinks in paragraphs provided ethos and created an interactive element to read for the audience.
