"AI Bias towards Assets and People"

This literature review engages the academic audience in critical discussions by providing in-depth review of AI bias against underrepresented communities and assets. Based on the findings from scholarly sources, I analyzed, synthesized, and conceptualized skewed-investment decisions resulting in inequality and ethical concerns. This review is to synthesize the infrastructure necessary within the model to develop an equitable growth and conceptualize how high-tier communities in the government may manipulate AI to work in favor of the dominant groups. To appropriately deliver the review to an academic audience, information from report, case study, textbook, and scholarly articles are analyzed.​ The time-frame and other characteristics of the sources were heavily considered. Over-reliance on data and lack of transparency in AI bias can increase wealth disparity and market volatility.​
